Cover Supervisor

Location: Maidstone

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with students, maintaining a positive learning environment, and supporting the educational mission of our school.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage classrooms during the short-term absence of teachers.
2. Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure a smooth continuation of learning in the absence of regular teachers.
3. Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment conducive to learning.
4. Manage student behavior and ensure adherence to school policies.
5. Liaise with teaching staff to ensure the effective delivery of lessons and communicate any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
2. Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred.
3. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to adapt quickly to different subject matters and classroom dynamics.
6. Flexibility to work across different grades and subjects.
