Location: Medway, Kent
Start Date: Flexible – Immediate and upcoming starts available
Contract Type: Temporary, Long-Term, and Day-to-Day Supply
Hours: Full-time and part-time roles
Pay: Competitive rates, paid weekly

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting pupils in class, small groups, or one-to-one
• Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
• Helping children with additional needs reach their full potential
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based or otherwise)
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
