Job Description
We are seeking a professional, committed, passionate and experianced SENCo who has experience of working with pupils with SEND.
We operate two nurture schools in Kent. One in Ashford and the other in Cranbrook, for pupils aged between 7 and 19 years. This role is working across both school sites.
We are seeking a SENCo who will engage staff and pupils alike. You will have high expectations of what our pupils can achieve. You will be skilled at forging positive relationships with parents/carers/multi-agency professionals in order that the right support can be built around our pupils. A positive can do attitude are a must.
Attention to detail in drafting EHCP's is essential. You will be confident to lead PEP's and EHCP reviews.
