We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and inspirational Teacher of Psychology to join our successful and supportive school from September 2026 for a one-year maternity cover position.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with the ability to teach Psychology at both GCSE and A-Level. They will be passionate about their subject, committed to achieving excellent outcomes for students, and capable of delivering engaging and challenging lessons that inspire a love of learning.
The successful candidate will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Have experience teaching Psychology at GCSE and A-Level.
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a commitment to academic excellence.
- Be an effective communicator with excellent classroom management skills.
- Have high expectations of student achievement and behaviour.
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
