Responsibilities include:
- Supporting pupils on 1:1 basis when needed in the lessons.
- Leading small groups in accessing learning and achieving the learning objective in all areas of the national curriculum
- Working closely with the SENCo and class teacher to provide feedback and keep records of pupil’s progress and achievement
- Preparing the classroom and ensuring children have adequate resources and provision support learning
