Maths Teacher – Secondary School (Medway) – January Start

Location: Medway, Kent
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Full-time, Temporary or Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)

Kent Teaching Solutions are working in partnership with a forward-thinking secondary school in the Medway area to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join their successful department from January 2026.

About the Role

• Teaching Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire and challenge students

• Assessing and tracking pupil progress to ensure all students achieve their full potential

• Working collaboratively with a supportive and experienced Maths department

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Maths

• Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills

• Is committed to raising standards and fostering a positive learning environment
