Part-Time Maths Teacher – Term 2 Start (Mondays & Wednesdays)

Start Date: Monday 10th November
Contract: Part-time, Term 2

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join a school near Ashford from Monday 10th November for Term 2. This is a part-time role, working Mondays and Wednesdays, at a high-achieving and supportive school with a strong commitment to academic excellence and student wellbeing.

About the Role:

  • Teach Mathematics across the relevant year levels (details to be confirmed)

  • Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with curriculum requirements

  • Assess, monitor, and support student progress

  • Contribute to the collaborative and positive culture within the Maths Department

About You:

  • Qualified teacher with experience (or strong potential) in teaching Mathematics

  • Hold relevant teaching registration/accreditation (or be eligible for it)

  • Passionate about inspiring students to achieve their best

Job Description:

  • Supply Teacher
  • Teaching students using pre-planned lessons left by the regular class teacher
  • Covering short- and long-term absences (you can let us know your preference)
  • Encouraging pupil participation in lessons and other school related activities
  • Communicating with class Teaching Assistant and other school colleagues and reporting any relevant information to the relevant staff members
