We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Practitioner (LSP) to join our dynamic Vocational Studies team at [Insert College Name]. In this rewarding role, you'll provide in-class and out-of-class support to students with a range of additional needs, helping them access the curriculum, develop independence, and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pastoral support and act as a positive role model in the classroom and workshop setting.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with young people with additional learning needs, ideally in a post-16 or further education environment.
  • A good understanding of vocational education and a flexible, hands-on approach to support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a calm, empathetic approach.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships and positively manage behaviour.
  • Relevant qualifications in learning support, SEN, or willingness to undertake training.

We Offer:

  • A supportive and inclusive working environment.
  • Part time and full time options
  • Weekly pay
  • A chance to make a lasting impact in the lives of young people.

Join us in shaping the future of learners who need your support the most. Help unlock their potential and set them on the path to success.
