  • Create a calm, structured, and supportive classroom environment that fosters confidence, independence, and a love of learning.
  • Collaborate with SENCOs, therapists, support staff, and families to ensure a holistic approach to pupil development.
  • Use visual supports, scaffolding, and multi-sensory approaches to enhance student understanding and engagement.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience delivering Entry Level, ASDAN, Functional Skills, or alternative accreditation pathways.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed practice, sensory integration, or other specialist strategies.

Personal Attributes

  • Patient, calm, and resilient.
  • Passionate about making History meaningful and accessible for all learners.
  • Reflective practitioner willing to adapt and innovate.
  • Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Why Join Us?
