Plans for new school and 200 homes in Medway revealed

A former quarry and listed buildings could be redeveloped to build a new school and up to 200 houses.

Developers have submitted a scoping opinion to Medway Council for plans on land in Frindsbury.

The new school – a six-form entry secondary school – would also include a Sixth Form on the site off Parsonage Lane.

Manor Farm Barn – a Grade I-listed 14th century building – lying within the 17 hectare area would be converted into a wedding and conference venue.
