The Role:
As a Year 1 Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in laying the foundation for children's academic and personal development. You will create a stimulating and nurturing classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey
• Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to education
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom culture that fosters curiosity, resilience, and respect

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience working with Key Stage 1 students, preferably in a Year 1 setting
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and a creative approach to lesson planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to continuous professional development and enhancing teaching practice
