Kent Teaching Solutions is seeking compassionate, proactive and dedicated a Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to support primaryāaged pupils across Medway. About the Role
- Support primary pupils with a range of special educational needs
- Work 1:1 or with small groups to help children access learning
- Assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive, nurturing environment
- Adapt activities and resources to meet individual needs
- Flexible dayātoāday, shortāterm and longāterm roles available
- Opportunity to move into a permanent role within the school
What Weāre Looking For
- Level 3 qualification for supporting in schools
- Experience supporting children (schoolābased or transferable)
- A patient, empathetic and resilient approach
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for helping children thrive
- Relevant training or qualifications are beneficial but not essential
