Kent Teaching Solutions is seeking compassionate, proactive and dedicated a Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to support primary‑aged pupils across Medway. These flexible roles offer a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the classroom, with the potential for long‑term or temp‑to‑perm placements for the right candidates.

About the Role

  • Support primary pupils with a range of special educational needs
  • Work 1:1 or with small groups to help children access learning
  • Assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive, nurturing environment
  • Adapt activities and resources to meet individual needs
  • Flexible day‑to‑day, short‑term and long‑term roles available
  • Opportunity to move into a permanent role within the school

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification for supporting in schools
  • Experience supporting children (school‑based or transferable)
  • A patient, empathetic and resilient approach
  • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for helping children thrive
  • Relevant training or qualifications are beneficial but not essential
