Job Description

Supply teachers needed for daily supply, short term blocks and long term cover

The role

• Covering pre-planned lessons provided by the regular class teacher
• Working in different schools on different days
• Ensuring classroom is prepared for lessons before pupils arrive and organising teaching resources and equipment to create an engaging environment for learning
• Maintaining discipline in line with schools policies, managing behaviour appropriately and resolving conflicts and reporting to the relevant staff member
• Working in close proximity to the class teaching assistant

What we offer

• Short blocks of work (e.g. 1 week in the same school)
• Long term supply cover (e.g. 1 or more school terms)
