The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Teach Sociology across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5
- Plan and deliver engaging, challenging, and inclusive lessons
- Monitor and support student progress to ensure excellent outcomes
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the department and school
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop curriculum and enrichment opportunities
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for Sociology
- Demonstrates excellent classroom practice
- Has high expectations for student achievement and behaviour
- Is committed to continuous professional development
- Works well as part of a team
