This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, committed and flexible Teaching Assistant in the Margate / Broadstairs area to start in September or sooner if ready. 

You will work with a team of supportive teachers who you will learn with and from as part of this fulfilling career.

You'll need:

• Sensitivity and understanding
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to build rapport with children with autism, speech language and communication difficulties as well as sometimes challenging behaviour linked to their diagnosis or other SEMH needs.
• To be flexible and open to change for working on different activities
• To be resourceful, well organised and resilient
• To be able to help children reach their full potential
