Job Description

Are you a SENCO looking for a new challenge?

We require a Senco to cover two sites for the same organisation – one in Ashford and one in Cranbrook. Both are small and nurturing specialist schools with between 50 and 60 pupils at each school. The schools are calm, quiet and orderly settings where pupils can be supported to develop academically and emotionally. The schools are graded outstanding.

The schools' vision is that every child should go to an inspiring and life changing school, have the best teaching and benefit from all services working in partnership with each other to ensure their future life chances are improved.

At the core of the schools is a drive to improve life chances of children. They will go above and beyond, set high expectations and improve outcomes by working together with others.

The most important trait the SLT are looking for is an eagerness to improve the lives of others, through teaching in your own unique and inspirational way.  Therefore,  newly qualified Sencos are welcome to apply, as are assistant Sencos looking to move into a Senco role.
