Job Description

Due to high demand, we are looking to recruit a number of Supply Teachers who are looking for flexible, daily supply and long term work to fit around other commitments.

We work closely with primary schools in Medway who rely on us for cover. We pay competitive rates and you will have a dedicated Primary Recruitment Consultant working on your behalf. We are REC compliant and pride ourselves on our commitment to the safeguarding of all of our teaching and support staff therefore we carry out comprehensive vetting procedures on your behalf.

Responsibilities of a Supply Teacher:

• To cover classes of all year groups, leading a class of up to 30 pupils
• To manage the behaviour of pupils and keep pupils on track with their work
• To deliver pre-planned work
• Show a flexible approach to teaching
• To be able to enhance the lesson quality by using resources provided
