Role Overview: As a Nursery Teacher, you will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to the outstanding nursery provision and play a pivotal role in shaping the early years experiences of young children. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons and activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Creating a stimulating and nurturing learning environment that supports children's holistic development.
• Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a collaborative and supportive learning community.
• Assessing and monitoring children's progress, providing feedback, and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
• Collaborating with the nursery team to maintain high standards of teaching and learning and ensure continuity and progression in children's development.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent early years teaching qualification.
• Proven experience teaching in a nursery or early years setting.
• Sound knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework and best practices in early years education.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Passion for early years education and a commitment to providing high-quality learning experiences that inspire and empower young children.
