Cover Supervisor – Deal

We are looking for a full time Cover Supervisor to work at our school in Deal.  

A cover supervisor is responsible for stepping in when a teacher is absent, helping students complete their work and maintaining a positive classroom environment.

Key responsibilities include:
Supervising classes and guiding students through pre-prepared exercises.

Encouraging student participation and ensuring good behaviour to facilitate learning.

Communicating with absent teachers and forwarding completed work to them.

Adapting to different school environments and age groups, providing support where needed.

Building relationships with students and promoting a supportive learning atmosphere.

This role requires flexibility, patience, and the ability to manage behaviour effectively.
