The Role
We are seeking an inspiring and committed Maths Teacher to take ownership of the subject across the school. This is a part-time role, 3 days a week, preferably Monday to Wednesday, though there can be flexibility for the right candidate.
As the only Maths specialist, you will have the freedom to:
- Shape and deliver a creative, engaging, and accessible curriculum
- Design lessons tailored to each student’s needs
- Lead the way in ensuring Maths is a vibrant and valued part of school life
This role is ideal for an experienced teacher looking to make a real impact in a smaller, more personal environment—or someone ready to take the next step into subject leadership without managing a large team. As our school grows, there will be opportunities to shape your role further and make a lasting contribution.
About The School

With small class sizes and a personalised approach, they create a calm, nurturing environment where students feel seen, understood, and able to thrive—academically, socially, and emotionally. It’s a truly special place to work, and the staff are proud of the difference we make every day.
What We Offer
- A warm, supportive working environment where everyone is valued
- A healthy work–life balance with small classes and realistic expectations
- Freedom to teach creatively and personalise lessons
- Opportunities for professional development and growth
- A collaborative team that celebrates individuality
- A role where your ideas matter and your impact is seen every day

- Excited to join a small, growing school where relationships and wellbeing come first
