Kent Teaching Solutions is seeking a dedicated and passionate Maths Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Gravesend from Term 5. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator or an ambitious ECT looking to make a real impact in a dynamic learning environment.
The Role:
- Start Date: Term 5 (April 2024)
- Location: Gravesend, Kent
- Contract: Full-time, long-term position
- Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable).
- Inspire students to develop a love for Mathematics and achieve their full potential.
- Plan, assess, and track student progress in line with curriculum expectations.
- Contribute to a supportive and collaborative department.
- Maintain high expectations of behaviour and academic achievement.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
- Has experience teaching Maths in a UK secondary school.
- Is passionate about education and committed to student success.
- Demonstrates strong classroom management skills.
- Has excellent communication and organisational abilities.
