About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Geography Teacher to join our dynamic team in Maidstone. This is a full-time position, starting in January 2025, covering Terms 3 and 4. The role offers the opportunity to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering a passion for Geography and supporting their academic progress.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and effective Geography lessons in line with the national curriculum.

Monitor student progress and provide tailored feedback to support learning outcomes.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share best practices.

Participate in departmental meetings, parent evenings, and school activities as required.
The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

A proven track record of teaching Geography at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
