We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Business Studies Teacher to join our vibrant and inclusive mixed secondary school located in Medway. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic educator to inspire and motivate students, helping them develop a passion for business, economics, and enterprise.
The Role

Teach Business Studies across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.

Plan and deliver engaging, innovative, and differentiated lessons that cater to a diverse range of learners.

Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.

Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and business-related initiatives.

Maintain a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate

A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification).

A strong subject knowledge in Business Studies and a passion for teaching the subject.

Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students of all abilities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to teamwork.

Ambition and a drive to contribute to the development of the Business Studies curriculum.
