We are looking for a motivated, experienced and passionate Pastoral Coordinator to join our Pastoral team.
The role will be to support the Pastoral Lead in all aspects to safeguard pupils to ensure they achieve their full potential, in partnership with parents, carers and other agencies.
You must be resourceful, flexible, positive and motivated with a good sense of humour. You will share our belief that all pupils can achieve and be successful.
The position is advertised on Kent Range 7 pay scale (plus a SEN allowance), for 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.
