We are looking to recruit new or experienced cover supervisors immediately.
We work with multiple schools in Kent that rely on us to cover their day to day staffing needs.
The cover supervisor's main job is to manage a classroom, ensuring that students remain on task with the work they have been set. Cover supervisors were originally introduced as a way of maintaining teachers' non contact periods but have become a permanent fixture in most schools. Many schools specify a degree as a minimum educational requirement and like their Cover Supervisors to have experience of working with young people. The role will involve you delivering supply work that has been left by the absent Teacher.
